Shipping & Order Tracking
We’re making your shopping experience seamless with free shipping on all orders, anywhere in Vietnam. No overseas shipping. Items are dispatched from one of our locations in south Vietnam, via a fully traceable and secure service through the Express Delivery app. Delivery times vary depending on your location in Vietnam, between 24 hours and up to 5 days.
Track & Receive Your Order
A unique tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Enter your tracking number on the delivery company’s website to track its progress. By default, the delivery companies will require your signature at the time of delivery; you will be notified before the delivery agent arrives.
