If you are not happy with your Rip Curl purchase, whether this was online or in one of our stores, simply return the item(s) for a refund within 10 days of receipt, following the process below (our change of mind return policy).<\/p>\n<h2>Change of Mind<\/h2>\n<h3>Items purchased online and returned online<\/h3>\n<p><strong>No fault return (change of mind)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please ensure that your return is received by our warehouse within the returns period. All orders received outside the returns period for your item will be returned to sender and not processed as a return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Items purchased online and returned in store<\/h3>\n<p><strong>No fault return \/ exchange policy (change of mind)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached).<\/li>\n<li>This Returns Policy applies to full price, sale and clearance items.<\/li>\n<li>Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash or other tender types.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. So, if you paid cash, you will receive cash back; if you paid by credit card, you will receive a refund to the same credit card you used.<\/li>\n<li>If you have received a free or discounted promotional item with your order and your return disqualifies you from the promotion, you must return the promo item or pay the full RRP on that item if you wish to keep it. For example: if you received a free towel because you spent more than 4.000.000 VND in the transaction and your returned item reduces your total spend to less than 4.000.000 VND, you will either need to return the towel you received as the promotional item, or you will be charged the RRP for the towel.<\/li>\n<li>For online orders, a 200.000 VND restocking fee will be deducted from your refund when returning items by post due to change of mind. Visit us in store or contact a member of our team before you return your purchase, and we can talk you through your options.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact our Customer Service team for further details via <a href=\"mailto:customerservice@ripcurl.com.vn\">customerservice@ripcurl.com.vn<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Returning a wetsuit?<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure wetsuits are completely dry before packing for a return.<\/p>\n<p>Please don&#8217;t fold neoprene wetsuits vertically through the chest panel, as this causes significant creasing. You will need to pack the wetsuit in the same manner it arrived to you in. You can also use the box it came in to return it back to us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> if any wetsuits are received with creases or holes, your return request will be void and the wetsuit will be sent back to you automatically.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are committed to customer satisfaction.
